现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)内部资源众多,其中互连资源出现故障的概率远远高于片内其他资源,而在以往许多互连测试研究中,所生成的测试配置存在无法覆盖反馈桥接故障的难题,所以较难有测试配置实现故障列表的100%覆盖。因此通过约束桥接故障只发生在单个查找表(LUT)内的信号线上,并结合单项函数,对反馈桥接故障模型进行优化改进,从根本上解决难题;然后对优化后的反馈桥接故障设置相应的约束条件,再使用布尔可满足性理论(SAT)生成满足约束条件的测试配置。采用优化后的故障模型对ISCAS"89基准电路进行了测试配置生成实验,结果表明生成的测试向量解决了反馈桥接故障的覆盖难题,并且在实现故障列表的100%覆盖下,优化后的故障模型所需要的测试配置数最少。  相似文献

The high cost of noble metal catalysts has been a great bottleneck for the catalyst industry. Using the noble metal at a single-atom level for catalytic applications could dramatically decrease the cost. The impacts of single Pt atoms on the photocatalytic performance of Ag3VO4 have been investigated and reported. In this report, single Pt atoms were anchored on the surface of Ag3VO4 (AVO) as a cocatalyst, and the resultant composite photocatalyst has been studied for photocatalytic H2 production from water driven by visible light. The as-prepared AVO particles are hollow nanospheres in the monoclinic phase with a bandgap of 2.20 eV. The light absorption edge of AVO/Pt is slightly red-shifted compared to that of the pristine AVO, indicating more visible light absorption of AVO/Pt. The XPS peaks of Ag, V, and Pt exhibit a significant shift after AVO and Pt get into contact, suggesting the strong interaction between the surface Ag and V atoms, and single Pt atoms. After 3-h illumination, the photocatalytic H2 evolution amount from AVO/Pt is improved up to 1400 μmol, which is 2.8 times that on the bare AVO. Such efficient photocatalytic H2 evolution on AVO/Pt is still maintained after five reaction cycles. The better photocatalytic performance of AVO/Pt has been attributed to the more efficient visible light utilization and the lower interfacial charge transfer resistance, as demonstrated in the DRS and EIS spectra. The presence of the surface Pt atoms also leads to a higher amount of reactive radicals, which could efficiently promote the surface redox reactions.  相似文献

The electrochemical oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) via two-electron pathway is a sustainable way of producing hydrogen peroxide. Nanostructured carbon materials are proved to be effective catalysts for 2e? ORR. Herein, a series of mesoporous carbon with tunable nitrogen species and oxygen functional groups were synthesized by varying the added amount of dopamine hydrochloride as nitrogen and oxygen source. The modified catalysts exhibited higher content of pyrrolic-N and ether C–O groups which are confirmed by a series of characterization. Raman spectra and correlation analysis revealed that the increased proportion of defect sites in carbon materials are closely related to the introduced pyrrolic-N and ether C–O groups. And the rotating ring-disk electrode (RRDE) measurement carried out in 0.1 M KOH electrolyte showed the H2O2 selectivity increased with the content of defect sites. Among them, the optimized catalyst (NOC-6M) exhibited a selectivity of 95.2% and a potential of 0.71 V vs. RHE at ?1 mA cm?2. Moreover, NOC-6M possessed the high H2O2 production rate of 548.8 mmol gcat?1 h?1 with faradaic efficiency of 92.4% in a two-chamber H-cell. Further mechanistic analysis revealed that the introduction of pyrrolic-N and ether C–O are likely to improve the binding energy of the defect sites toward 1OOH intermediate, resulting in a more favorable 2e? Spark is a distributed data processing framework based on memory. Memory allocation is a focus question of Spark research. A good memory allocation scheme can effectively improve the efficiency of task execution and memory resource utilization of the Spark. Aiming at the memory allocation problem in the Spark2.x version, this paper optimizes the memory allocation strategy by analyzing the Spark memory model, the existing cache replacement algorithms and the memory allocation methods, which is on the basis of minimizing the storage area and allocating the execution area according to the demand. It mainly including two parts: cache replacement optimization and memory allocation optimization. Firstly, in the storage area, the cache replacement algorithm is optimized according to the characteristics of RDD Partition, which is combined with PCA dimension. In this section, the four features of RDD Partition are selected. When the RDD cache is replaced, only two most important features are selected by PCA dimension reduction method each time, thereby ensuring the generalization of the cache replacement strategy. Secondly, the memory allocation strategy of the execution area is optimized according to the memory requirement of Task and the memory space of storage area. In this paper, a series of experiments in Spark on Yarn mode are carried out to verify the effectiveness of the optimization algorithm and improve the cluster performance.  相似文献

By means of creep property measurement and microstructure observation, the influence of element Ru on the microstructure and creep behaviour of single crystal nickel-based superalloy is investigated. The results show that the plate-like μ phase is precipitated along {111} plane of the Ru-free alloy during thermal exposure at 1080°C and creep at 980°C. And the precipitation of μ phase in the alloy with 6(wt)%Mo and 6(wt)%W may be restrained by adding 2% Ru element. Compared to Ru-free alloy, the creep life of the 2% Ru single crystal alloy at 980°C200 MPa increases form 123 h to 333h. Compared to the 2% Ru alloy, the precipitated plate-like μ phase in the Ru-free alloy may promote the initiation and propagation of cracks along the γ matrix up to fracture, which is thought to be the main reason of the alloy having a lower creep resistances and shorter lifetime.  相似文献

针对跨数据中心的资源调度问题,提出了一种基于组合双向拍卖(PCDA)的资源调度方案。首先,将云资源拍卖分为三个部分:云用户代理报价、云资源提供商要价、拍卖代理组织拍卖;其次,在定义用户的优先级及任务紧迫度的基础上,在拍卖过程中估算每一个工作发生的服务等级协议(SLA)违规并以此计算云提供商的收益,同时每轮竞拍允许成交多项交易;最终达到根据用户等级合理分配云资源调度的效果。仿真实验结果表明该算法保证了竞拍成功率,与传统一次拍卖成交一项的组合双向拍卖方案相比,PCDA在竞拍时间段产生的能耗降低了35.00%,拍卖云提供商的利润提高了约38.84%。  相似文献
